'Eat here, get gas & worms': 25+ Hilarious and chaotic design fails

Some people just want to watch the world burn, and they're designing dishes, websites, and clothes! 

When it comes to design fails, there are a lot that will make you think, "The person who created this had an off day, I see how you could make this mistake." But sometimes you see things that are so poorly designed, there's no other excuse except the designer really wanted to mess around and plant the seeds for much chaos as possible! I'm looking at you, designer of the bowl with a dozen large holes at the top, and I'm pointing fingers at you, designer of the dress with the huge brown "stain" on the rear end. Tell me about your process, designers! Let me know how to cause all the chaos! I'm secretly rooting for your hilarious mistakes.
